We are performing critical database schema upgrades essential to ensure long-term platform stability and compatibility with upcoming releases.
During this maintenance window, all functionality will be temporarily unavailable. This includes API access, platform, digital product passport (shop integration), and digital product passport (e.g., QR scans). The system will return to full availability once the upgrades complete and services are validated.
This downtime is part of our operational allowances as outlined in our Service Level Agreement (SLA) and does not impact uptime calculations.
